Resolved: Image Manager and File Manager slow performance (US and EU)

Our operations team is currently investigating an issue that is causing slow load times in the Image Manager and File Manager in the email template editors. In some cases, when designing an email template, users may experience slow load times when trying to insert an image or file, or the images and files may not load at all.

The team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we will post updates here as they are available.
