We are about to implement lead scoring after using Click Dimensions for about 2 years.
Since all the tracking was active since first installing Click Dimensions, the total score for some contacts and leads are well into the hundreds, and some thousands.
Is there a workflow I can create to reset the total lead score? Is this possible?
What I would like to do, is if a contact or visitor reaches a score of 100, a lead is created and the score is reset back to 0.
Is this possible?
