Resolved: Plugin Errors - CRM Online US/EU

Microsoft appears to have resolved the online issue and is performing a root cause investigation now. We would encourage clients impacted to verify any action taken (or set to be) during the outage is verified such as failed sends are set to be resent and Campaign Automations saved appropriately. Please don't hesitate to contact our support team if guidance is needed.

We are receiving reports of CRM Online customers encountering the following error when accessing features of ClickDimensions which require a plugin call:

‘Error in AddMemberList plugin, Request for the permission of type ‘System.Security.Permissions.SecurityPermission, mscorlib, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089′ failed.’  

ClickDimensions Operations team is investigating this, but customer's are advised to contact Microsoft CRM support as this is typically an indication of an issue with the sandbox's service ability to execute plugins.

Impact: Customers may experience issues with: adding leads/contacts to marketing lists, saving/publishing Campaign Automations, emails not sending (Scheduled sends, Quicksends, Nurtures, Campaign Automation, Workflow), domain record creation/deletion.
