North American Data Storage Upgrade
Starting June 22nd, we began deploying a series of software releases and configuration changes to resolve an I/O capacity limitation in a data storage service. During this period users in North America may experience intermittent service degradation campaign automations, web content (forms, surveys), analytics, and plugins. We will provide updates once we have more information available. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we grow.

As a result of the infrastructure updates we have been regularly releasing, we have identified additional platform enhancements that we will continue to update and release over the next several weeks. Like the previous platform updates, these won’t require any action on the customer side, however, you may still see some intermittent service interruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience as we work to enhance our infrastructure to support the growing needs of our customers.

We have completed several infrastructure updates and continue to do so as we work towards full stability. The updates do not require any actions on the customer side and we appreciate your patience as we are working through them in order to ultimately enhance your experience using the ClickDimensions solution. As we get closer to completing our efforts, please note that you may still experience some intermittent service degradation with email sends, email statistics reporting, and platform delays. We are working to address these issues in a timely manner.
