Feature: Form Data Synchronization Issues
Update: 9:30pm UTC 08/09/2017: Our operations team was able to resolve this item for impacted customers and all new and delayed forms are synchronizing back. We appreciate the patience while our team worked to resolve this but please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if additional help is needed.
Impact: A small number of customers in our US data centers are experiencing posted forms and posted fields not synchronizing back to their CRM. This issue is currently under review by our Operations team. This issue impacts customers on version 8.0 and older. As a workaround you can update to the latest version of the solution file and this should resolve your issue.
