Dashboards are customizable views that can display various records and charts from your CRM. They come standard with CRM, but you can also view ClickDimensions content within them and dynamically edit them.
In CRM, ClickDimensions automatically installs two dashboards for you to view both Email Marketing and Web Statistics. To view them, go to Workplace > Dashboards and then on the "Views" menu select either ClickDimensions Analytics Records or ClickDimensions Email Events Analysis. This article will cover the Email Events Dashboard.
Active Email Sends
Sent Email records gather the overall statistics for each recipient in a sent Email Send. This view includes all the individual emails that were sent as a result from Email Sends. In this view, the overall statistics for each recipient are displayed in the respective columns. For example, the total number of times a recipient opened an email will be listed in the Opens column for that Sent Email record.
Email Events: Clicks
This is a complete list of every Email Event record with type Click that has been created by ClickDimensions. These click records have been generated as a result of someone clicking on a link in an email.
Email Events Distribution
This chart shows you of all the Email Events that have occurred, and the slices represent the different types of Email Event records. It includes data for Deliveries, Opens, Clicks, and more. You can click on the "slices of the pie" for more information as well as the icons in the top right corner that appear when you hover.

Email Events: Active
This is a full list of every Email Event record that has been created by ClickDimensions. These Email Event records include those with type Deliveries, Opens, Clicks, and more.
