(Dynamics 2013/2015) Finding Usage Data
To see how many emails and SMS messages you have used, how many posted forms and surveys you have, how many page views have been tracked, and how many Dynamics errors have occurred, go to Settings > ClickDimensions Settings and click on Usage.
This will open your usage chart window. The charts show your monthly usage in a number of different categories.
Emails: The number of emails you have sent out through ClickDimensions. In addition to Email Sends, this also includes sending methods like Web Content auto responders and emails sent through Campaign Automations.
If you enable BCC emails for your account, they will also count against your license email volume, effectively doubling the number of emails you are sending. For example, if you send an Email Send to 100 recipients, you will receive 100 BCC emails, which will be a total of 200 of emails. Learn more about the BCC feature here.
Form, Survey, and Subscription Submissions: The number of forms, surveys, or subscription page submissions received.
Page Views: The number of total page views on your tracked pages.
SMS: The number of SMS/Text Messages you have sent out.
Connection Errors: The number of errors that occur when your Dynamics environment is down or temporarily cannot be accessed by the ClickDimensions service.
Transactional Emails: The number of Transactional emails you have sent out through ClickDimensions. This is not to be confused with Marketing Emails.
Please Note: To get the total Email usage you can change the view under emails to ALL, which will include Transactional and Marketing Emails.
