BulkSMS with ClickDimensions allows you to send marketing text messages to your Leads, Contacts, and or Accounts via integration with your BulkSMS account. The text messages will be sent via your BulkSMS account, so you will need your BulkSMS account information to configure the SMS settings and begin sending text messages. All charges for sending your SMS messages will be billed by BulkSMS. ClickDimensions is simply working with BulkSMS to send your text messages but we will not be facilitating any billing matters from BulkSMS to you.

Getting Started
Your company must have a paid BulkSMS account in order to use this ClickDimensions SMS feature. If you haven't registered for your account yet, please do so.
Keep in mind that a connector used with a specific BulkSMS account can only be used in one CRM environment at a time. If you want to use a BulkSMS connector in multiple CRM environments simultaneously, you will need to have multiple BulkSMS accounts.
We currently only support "BulkSMS International" log in (http://www.bulksms.com/int/) and "BulkSMS South Africa" log in (http://bulksms.2way.co.za/). When registering for BulkSMS, be sure to either select the international or South Africa country code in the mobile number field.
Finally, if your CRM is installed on-premise and your firewall is restricting access from outside applications, you will need to ensure that the IP addresses listed in this article are permitted access through the firewall to your CRM server. SMS will not work if the SMS IP address listed in the article cannot connect to your CRM.

Navigate to Connectors
Go to Settings & Support > ClickDimensions Settings .
Choose Connectors.
Connectors are for SMS, Events, RSS to Email, Facebook, etc. Choose Add Connector.
Choose Bulk Text Message.
The Text Message Settings window is where you are going to be establishing which fields you want to use as the mobile number fields in your Lead, Contact, and Account records and entering the necessary account information in order to send Text Messages.
Mobile Number Fields
In the Mobile Number Fields section, you will specify which fields in your Lead, Contact, and Account records contain the phone number you want to send the text messages to. As you can see in the example below, we have selected the standard CRM Mobile Phone field for Leads and Contacts and Telephone 3 field for Accounts. These are fields that are already in your CRM records.
Country Code
As for the Country Code field, select your country code from the drop down menu. You must have a country code in order to send Text Messages. When your Country Code field is set to 'World-Wide', then a plus sign (+) and the appropriate country code will need to be included directly within the recipient's phone field in order to send properly. In the event that a phone number in your CRM field does not have a country code at the beginning of the number and your Country Code is not set to 'World-Wide', we will append the selected code here to that number. If the phone number you are sending the text message to has a country code already in that field in CRM, then we will not append the selected country code to the number. The plus sign (+) appended to the beginning of the phone number will be the indication that a country code is appended to the number.
For example, this phone number in the Mobile Phone field does not contain a country code. This means the specified Country Code (in this example, United States is +1) will be appended to the number when the text message is sent. So, the resulting phone number will be +1 111-222-3333.
In another example, the phone number entered in the Mobile Phone field already contains a Country Code - United Kingdom (+44). Even though the Text Message settings specify that the country code is for the United States (+1), we will not append the United States code to this phone number, because it already contains a Country Code (this is contingent upon the + in the field). The text message will be sent to +44 555-666-7777
BulkSMS Account Settings
Your company must have a BulkSMS account (or Twilio) in order to use the ClickDimensions SMS feature. This is the service that will be sending your text messages.
NOTE: Only one SMS connector account can set up in one CRM environment; separate accounts would need to be opened to use the connector in other CRM environments to avoid errors.
To create your BulkSMS account, click on the To create Bulk account, click here. This will take you to the BulkSMS home page where you can select your region from their list. If you need additional resources to help you create your BulkSMS account, you can also go to BulkSMS's help page. Once you have established your log in credentials, enter that information into the respective fields under the Bulk Account Settings section. The drop down option for International and South Africa depends on where you signed up for BulkSMS. The Account UserName and the Account Password that you use to log into BulkSMS are what you'll need to put there.
Click Save at the bottom of the Bulk Account Settings section to save any changes made in that section.

BulkSMS Settings
The two fields that you need to update are located in the BulkSMS legacy site which you can access directly at www2.bulksms.com or by following the login instructions shown below.
Once there, go to My Profile.
On My Profile, you will find the MO relay URL and Report relay URL fields which you can set as explained below.
MO relay URL
- If you are on the US, CAN, or AU server use: http://azuresendevents.cloudapp.net/BulkSMSIncomingMessageListener.aspx?pass=XXX&username=YYYY
Where XXX is the BulkSMS password you use to log in and YYYY is the BulkSMS username you use to log in.
- If you are on the EU server use: http://azuresendeventseu.cloudapp.net/BulkSMSIncomingMessageListener.aspx?pass=XXX&username=YYYY
Where XXX is the BulkSMS password you use to log in and YYYY is the BulkSMS username you use to log in.
Report relay URL
- If you are on the US, CAN, or AU server use: http://azuresendevents.cloudapp.net/BulkSMSEventsListener.aspx?username=YYYY&pass=XXX
Where XXX is the BulkSMS password you use to log in and YYYY is the BulkSMS username you use to log in.
- If you are on the EU server use: http://azuresendeventseu.cloudapp.net/BulkSMSEventsListener.aspx?username=YYYY&pass=XXX
Where XXX is the BulkSMS password you use to log in and YYYY is the BulkSMS username you use to log in.
