Drag and Drop Editor: Add Text

The Drag and Drop Editor contains a number of different blocks that allow you to add specific kinds of content to the template.

It is currently not possible to create new Email Sends/Templates using this editor, and as part of our continuing plans to deprecate the Drag and Drop editor, cloning Email Sends/Templates using the Drag and Drop Editor while on version 12.1+ will automatically update their editor type to the New Drag and Drop editor.

From version 12.2, this will be released to and applied automatically to all versions as we move to fully deprecate the old editors.

Add Text within a Drag and Drop Template

Select any block that contains space for text and you will see the text editor in the sidebar.

Here you can type your text or use the Paste as Plain Text button to paste text from elsewhere.

Press the Style button within a block to change the font, alignment, text size, line spacing, text color, background color, bulleted list color, numbered list color and more on all the text within that block.

If desired, you can choose to apply these styles to all text blocks.
