Customers using CRM 2011+ or CRM Online can use our Auto-Update feature to download or initiate an update. If you've signed up to have new versions automatically installed, we have scheduled the update to take place over the weekend of August 8th, 2015. CRM 4.0 customers can contact our technical support team to request the updated solution. Please include your CRM org name and external URL for verification purposes.

Drag and Drop Images & Files | New Feature
In the Drag and Drop and Free Style email editors, the Free Style Landing Page editor, and the HTML Component editor for Web Content you can now easily upload multiple images or files at the same time.Click here to read more.
Drag and Drop Editor: Pull Content from a Web Page | New Feature
Put in a URL and automatically pull content from that web page into the block you are in. This will pull from specific tags in the header of the webpage including the title, text content, and an image.Click here to read more.
Preheader Text | New Feature
Preheader Text is the text that shows up as the third line in the list of emails in an inbox.
Make sure your email went out! After you send your email, click the Refresh Status button to see what stage the email is in currently.Click here to read more. *This is available for CRM 2011, 2013, and 2015 only.
Australia Data Center| New Feature
The ClickDimensions cloud application is now fully deployed to Microsoft’s Azure data center in Australia. This allows new accounts in the APAC region to integrate with the ClickDimensions application in Australia. (ClickDimensions is also available from Microsoft Azure data centers in the US and EU.)

Image Manager Improvements In addition to adding the ability to drag and drop images we have also added more information to the image properties. You can now see the dimensions of an image and when it was uploaded. Click here to read more.
