The ClickDimensions Academy is self-service eLearning Portal with a plethora of written, video, and interactive training resources to help you get the most of ClickDimensions. The ClickDimensions Academy is also the portal through which you can access training webinar recordings or sign up for live webinars, as well as the host of our ClickDimensions Certification Exam! The Academy is available free of charge for all ClickDimensions customers and partners.
Accessing the Academy
Never accessed the eLearning portal before? Submit the form below to request an enrollment key and log in access to the Academy. Please note that access to the ClickDimensions Academy is only available for current customers and partners.
Once you receive your company's enrollment key, you can share it with your colleagues so they can log in to the Academy. As long as they have the enrollment key and use their company email address to log in, they can access the Academy without filling out the below form.
In order ensure that you receive access as soon as possible, you must include the following:
- Your company email address
We are unable to grant access to personal email addresses. Should your work email change though, we can help you with updating it on your profile.
- A valid company name
Values such as "Mr" or a second instance of your name in the company field will not be approved.
If either of the above items is not part of your request, you will not receive an enrollment email.

Want to become ClickDimensions Certified? ClickDimensions currently offers three tiers of Certification through our eLearning Portal—Fundamentals, Advanced, and Admin. Each certification can be obtained by completing the corresponding course and passing a certification exam.
Can you walk me through the process of accessing and navigating the ClickDimensions Academy?

I just logged in but am not seeing any courses—how do I get started?
The courses will not show up in your Courses list until you select from the Catalog and enroll. Once you're in the Catalog, enroll in each course you want to take.
I previously attended the webinar-based ClickDimensions Academy; can I use the same log in credentials?
The ClickDimensions Academy eLearning Portal is a separate platform from the now-deprecated webinar-based ClickDimensions Academy that we previously offered. Even if you attended the previous version of the Academy, you will still need to request new log in credentials for the eLearning Portal.
What if I'm already Certified?
For those who are already certified through our previous certification exam, we will honor that certification for 6 months. After which, you must complete one of the new certifications in order to be considered “ClickDimensions Certified”.
How long does my ClickDimensions Certification last?
Each of the new certifications will expire 1 year from when the learner passes the exam.
Is there a cost involved with becoming ClickDimensions Certified?
There are no additional charges or fees required for the certifications; we want to enable our customers to use the product in the best manner possible.
