In order to be certain that all our features will work as intended in any user language, we recommend that you always enable English (LCID 1033) in your Dynamics system when it's not the base language. This way, all our cloud-based components will default to English successfully when the language of the Dynamics user is not fully supported in the product.
Supported Languages
The ClickDimensions managed solution for Microsoft Dynamics currently supports the following localized languages:
- 1033 - English
- 1030 - Danish
- 1031 - German
- 1036 - French
- 1040 - Italian
- 1043 - Dutch
- 3082 - Spanish
NOTE: The localized values apply only to the Dynamics entities, labels and menu items that are included in the ClickDimensions managed solution. Some components of ClickDimensions, such as the Email Template editors, Web Content designers, Campaign Automation builders, and field mapping interface, are hosted on ClickDimensions' cloud application and are only available in English. Translations are provided as-is. Changes or additions to existing translations can be accomplished using Dynamics' customization methods per Microsoft's documentation.
French Language Support
As of August 2018, the full ClickDimensions product supports French (1036) as well as English (1033). In order to view ClickDimensions cloud-based components, such as Email and Web Content Editors, in French, your Dynamics org needs to be enabled for French and the language for your Dynamics user should be set to French in User Settings.
