Supported Versions of ClickDimensions
ClickDimensions releases updates to its solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM on a regular basis. Technical support is provided at no additional charge to all current customers provided they are running a supported version of the ClickDimensions solution. Supported versions include the current release, as well as any release from the past 12 months.
We encourage customers to update to the latest available release on a regular basis, at least twice per year. Technical support is not provided if the installed version is more than a year old. If a customer seeks technical support for an older, unsupported version, the technical support team will advise the customer to update to the latest release.

ClickDimensions also recommends that customers install the latest Update Rollup available from Microsoft for their version of CRM.
Supported Versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
We currently support the deployment and usage of ClickDimensions on the following versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
- CRM 2013 build 6.0.2.46 / Update Rollup 2
- CRM 2015 build 7.0.0.3543
- CRM 2016 build 8.0.0.1088
- Dynamics 365 On Premise (v8.2)
- Dynamics 365 On Premise and Online v9.1 and above
NOTE: Support for CRM 4.0 ended in December 2016 and support for CRM 2011 ended in July 2021.
