Feature: Web Data Synchronization
Impact: We are currently experiencing intermittent issues in our EU data centers, causing longer than normal sync times for web data (page views, visits, posted forms, posted surveys) to arrive in CRM. This issue is currently under review by our Operations team. In the interim, sync rates may fluctuate as we further investigate this issue and work towards a timely resolution. As more details become available we'll be sure to update this post.

While we continue to investigate the root cause of this issue, we have made some minor adjustments to the service that governs distribution of the queue. We are seeing some of the delays, decline at this time but continue to monitor. As more details become available we'll be sure to update this post.

The adjustments to the service that governs distribution of the queue has successfully addressed the delays affecting the Web Data Queues. This issue is now resolved and has been communicated out to our customer base.
