Our operations team reviewed and has removed system monitoring that has restored performance to normal levels. Sends may continue to be delayed for a few hrs but we are already receiving reports from impacted customers of sends coming through from earlier this morning. We again apologize for any inconvenience this disruption has caused. 1/31/2017 - 1:05 GMT - We are receiving reports from clients in our EU datacenter reporting delays in emails being delivered. Our operations team is working to address this as a critical issue and we will post back here as more information is available. Our apologies for any issues with experienced delays.
