Resolved: Connection Errors while accessing editors

Resolution: The error is no longer occurring and is no longer reproducible. Should the issue reoccur, we will update this announcement.

Initial testing today shows a marked improvement in performance. The error is occurring less frequently. We continue to monitor this issue.

Feature: Editor and Settings page access

Impact: Customers may experience an error while attempting to load ClickDimensions editors and the Settings page, either: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: identityProvider", "One or more errors have occurred", or a persistent "Unsecured fault". 

We've reached out to Microsoft and are investigating this issue. For now, the error is intermittent, and reloading any failed pages will usually help access the page. As more details become available we'll be sure to update this post.
