Resolution: Our Operations team has resolved the delays with the ClickDimensions Import Tool. At this time all Import Tool functionality has been restored to normal.

Impact: We are seeing delays in our EU data center with the ClickDimensions Import Tool where jobs are taking longer than normal to complete. Our engineering team is currently aware of the issue and investigation is underway to address the problem.
