Our team has continued work on this item and enhanced several backend systems as a result to prevent further instances of delays via the EU datacenter. Please alert our support need should any delays or other support needs arise.

Our operations team is restoring performance to normal levels. Sends may continue to be delayed for a few hrs but we are already receiving reports from impacted customers of sends coming through from earlier this morning. We again apologize for any inconvenience this disruption has caused. Should you continue to experience any additional delays beyond today or would like assurance that nothing else is impacted, please do not hesitate to raise a support ticket with our team to investigate.
