Our team has spent time over the last week enhancing and upgrading numerous backend resources and processes to mitigate any risk of send or stat receipt delays. While we are unable to anticipate all scenarios that may occur, our testing after implementation has shown consistently strong results and believe that the frequency of delays recently experienced have been solved for. We are seeing EU delays resolving and apologize for any disruption this may have caused. Our operations team is now doing a deep-dive to ensure we identify and fix root cause for such delays. We will leave this announcement live and report back as we know more while we work through this.
