The ClickDimensions Sales Engagement Solution consists of 2 Dynamics365 managed solutions that can be uninstalled by following the below steps.
NOTE: this article and below steps apply only to the ClickDimensions Sales Engagement Solution for Dynamics365 Sales + ClickDimensions Marketing Automation.
Step 1: Navigate to settings
Within a Dynamics365 Sales App, click on the ‘gear’ icon in the top right navigation, and select ‘Advanced Settings’. This will open a new browser window.
Step 2: Navigate to advanced settings
On the ‘Advanced Settings’ window, click on down arrow beside ‘Settings’ and select ‘Solutions’. This will open a page listing all solutions installed in this Dynamics365 environment.
Step 3: Display all solutions
On the ‘Solutions’ page which lists all solutions installed in this Dynamics365 environment, expand the ‘ Display Name’ column by dragging the column to the right so that the full name of the installed solutions is visible.
Note: Depending on the number of solutions installed, you may need to sort by ‘Publisher’, by clicking on the ‘Publisher’ column heading. This will sort all solutions by their respective Publisher. You can then search for "ClickDimensions".
Step 4: Identify the solutions to be uninstalled
Once you can view the full Solution name, please identify the two solutions that will need to be uninstalled in the following order:
- ClickDimensionsSalesEngagement
- ClickDimensionsSalesEngagementD365
Step 5: Uninstall solution 2- ClickDimensionsSalesEngagement
To uninstall the solution, click on the checkbox to the right of the ‘ClickDimensionsSalesEngagement’ solution name and select the ‘X Delete’ action in the Solution sub-header navigation.
NOTE: You can only delete one solution at a time and must repeat this process for both solutions.
The pop-up window will confirm the deletion of the solution, click on the ‘OK’ button to proceed.
Step 6: Uninstall solution 2- ClickDimensionsSalesEngagementD365
Repeat the above Step 5 for the "ClickDimensionsSalesEngagementD365" solution.
