RESOLVED: Azure Service Disruption - 10 October 2:51pm Eastern Time

Microsoft is reporting a disruption to Azure in the North Central US data center. This is resulting in ClickDimensions' web application pages to be unavailable.

From Microsoft:

Starting on the 10th Oct, 2014 at 18:51 PM UTC a subset of customers using Virtual Machines and Cloud Services in North Central US may be unable to access a small number of services. Any services impacted by this issue will be frozen at the Starting state. Our engineers are currently investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes.

Our engineers have deployed a mitigation for this incident and are monitoring progress. Service availability is currently improving.

RESOLVED 4:12PM ET (Happy Friday!):

Microsoft's mitigation appears to have resolved the Azure disruption. They are really good at posting descriptions of what happened after they complete their investigation. Check their status history here: http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/status/#history
