Resolved: EU Data Center Performance

UPDATE 23 June 2015 10:50am EDT: The issue in the EU data center is being resolved and emails are being processed normally. There may still be occasional delays as new resources come online, but these should be minimal. We thank you for your patience.


The EU data center is currently experiencing a heavy load. As a result, emails are being sent more slowly than normal and links in emails are taking a long time to load when clicked. Our operations team is aware of this issue and is allocating resources to return processing to normal as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to return normal performance. Additional updates will be posted here as this situation evolves.
