Scheduled Downtime: Image Manager Only (Sunday, 19 July 2015, 1:00am - 6:00am EDT)

We will be deploying updates to our Image and File Managers this Sunday that will cause them to be temporarily unavailable during this service update. This only impacts the Image and File Managers in the template designers. This service update will not impact images already uploaded or in use in emails that have been sent. During the service update, the Image and File Managers will be unavailable to upload new images or to insert images in email templates that you are designing during this time period.

    Hi Matthew,

Do you know what time this service will be back online at? We are based in the UK , but I think it is 6:30am EDT time at the moment? I have users wanting to use the system so just need to advise them.

    Many thanks

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

The downtime was yesterday and the system is online today and functioning normally. If you are unable to access ClickDimensions from within CRM, please let our support team know what error you are encountering via a support ticket.

Thanks Matthew, I think it might be that the version of Internet Explorer (IE9) that we run is not supported by the changes you made, I am speaking to support now.

I apologize for any inconvenience. We are investigating reports of issues with the Image Manager in certain browsers and will have this resolved as soon as possible. Meanwhile, please try clearing your browser cache. If that does not work, try another browser if you have one available. We will post updates as soon as they are available.

    Hi

I have used four different browsers, Safari (Mac), Firefox, Chrome and IE 9, none of which works to upload images.

This issue is holding our comms going out since Monday - could you kindly resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.

    Thank you in advance.

Hi Mohammad. I obviously can't speak for anyone else but we have found that it does work on the version of Chrome which we have in the office. This is version 39.0.2171.99. Screenshot attached.

It is still not working with IE 9, but by using Chrome we have not delayed any work.

    Thanks

Our development team is working to resolve the problem with various browsers as quickly as possible. (This is a problem where no error message is displayed and an image selected for uploading does not get uploaded.) If you are experiencing a different issue or receiving an error message, please open a support ticket.

Mohammed, the issue you are seeing is that you have exceeded your license level's storage limit. I have advised the service agent who is helping you on the support ticket that you opened and they will be providing you an update shortly.
