UPDATED 10/23/2015 1:30pm ET:

Microsoft reports that they are investigating this issue for North America-base CRM Online orgs:

"We are investigating an issue in NAM where customers are receiving error messages when running their SDK's and Email Router. CRM Online Engineers are actively engaged to mitigate this issues quickly. We will update you as soon as possible when we have more information, or this issue has been resolved."

We have become aware of problems connecting to some CRM Online instances in North America and possibly other geographies. The problem is limited to SDK connections to CRM Online (users are able to log into CRM Online, but applications like ClickDimensions may encounter problems connecting to CRM Online organizations).

Users may see an error similar to the following when trying to use ClickDimensions features that require a connection to CRM Online (such as editing email templates or forms):

Error: An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail.

As of this writing, they are not currently reporting the issue in the Office 365 service health dashboard, but we have reported this issue to Microsoft. This is a Microsoft CRM Online issue outside the control of ClickDimensions. We will post updates here as they become available.
