Resolved: Clicks/Opens not being recorded for Campaign Automations


UPDATE: 15 February 2016: This issue has been resolved for all data centers.


There is currently an issue that is preventing email events (opens and clicks) from being recorded when they are related to a Campaign Automation. As a result, customers using Campaign Automations with email interaction checks/conditions, may wish to pause the Campaign Automation until the issue is resolved.

A fix is being tested and we anticipate that it should be deployed to all data centers within the next few days. We will update this post when the issue is resolved and deployed.
