We are happy to report that the import tool is now working for all regions.  Please submit a support ticket if your team continues to experience any unique issues.

We are currently receiving reports of our import tool being down across all regions and imports running not finishing.  Our operations team is currently addressing this as a high priority item.  We will update here as soon as we have more information.
