Microsoft reported at 8:30pm UTC that service has been restored. Please notify MSFT if you are still experiencing the 'plug-in execution failed because no Sandbox Worker processes are currently available' error. We have received reports of clients receiving errors related to CRM online not sending emails and sandbox hosts not available. Microsoft reported at 6pm UTC that there is a server issue impacting plug-ins for a subset of NA clients. They are restarting those servers and working on this currently. We will post more information here as we have it but also recommend working with your O365 admin or MSFT directly for updates on your specific environment.
