At approx 4pm UTC we began experiencing an outage in the connection with our ticketing system. Our vendor has since restored functionality and our support as well as success teams are working to catch back up on tickets. If you sent in a ticket during this time and do not hear back from us within the next few hrs, please contact our support team again to ensure nothing was lost in the outage.
