We have received reports of additional errors with our SSL certificate that is causing plugins to fail with our solution. We will update this announcement as we have confirmation of the fix from Microsoft.

Microsoft is reporting and we have confirmed results of a resolution to the SSL issue causing plugins to fail in Dynamics 365 orgs globally.  Please let our support team know if you experience any issues with the ClickDimensions solution in Dynamics 365.

6pm UTC 11/15/2016

We are currently receiving reports from clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the AU and EU datacenters and some US data centers that the following error is presented in new Dynamic 365 environments:

"Error in Domain plugin, The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."

This can be replicated by attempting to create a new form or domain record.

The ClickDimensions solution is compatible with Dynamics 365, and Microsoft is aware of the issues their new Dynamics 365 deployments are encountering in these data centers.  We are working diligently with Microsoft to determine root cause and a fix.  However, Microsoft has not provided an ETA to resolution.  *As a result, we are not recommending any clients in these regions setup a new Dynamics 365 environment with ClickDimensions at this time, as our solution will be unable to be used.*

If you have already deployed ClickDimensions in a new Dynamics 365 instance in one of these regions, please open a support ticket with Microsoft if you encounter this issue.

We will post back here with more details as Microsoft progresses towards resolution.
