Resolved: The Operations team has scaled the queues to include more workers to better handle the current load. This has allowed the queues to drop to a normal rate successfully handling the influx of events.
Update: We are seeing the queue drop as it is processing through the backlog of data. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Impact: We are currently experiencing an issue where Email Statistics are delayed for customers in our US Data Center.
