Impact: Due to the uniquely large number of GDPR-related messages sent over the past few days--particularly on Friday the 25th--customers may see longer than normal processing times when creating and sending emails. This may cause Email Sends to appear stalled at Pending or In-Progress statuses. Our Development and Operations teams are monitoring progress closely, and are not seeing any failures in messages going out, only an increase in processing time.

Update: For additional clarity, the increased processing times to send emails may also impact processing times of syncing statistics back to CRM. The Email Statistics Report and iframe should continue to load statistics close to real-time, but Email Events and aggregate statistics under Email Sends views may take longer than usual to display data.
Update: At this time, the issue with Email Send Delays has been resolved. All related services to this issue have been restored to normal state. The root cause of the issue remains the historic number of messages processed globally during the week of May 25th, related to GDPR going into effect.
