Update: As our team has continued to monitor, we have not seen any recurring issues with email statistics records syncing to CRM. All related services to this issue have been restored to normal state.
Update: Our Development team has deployed a hot-fix and we are a currently monitoring the resolution. Email Statistic Records should be coming in at a faster rate and the queue is working to resolve itself.
Update: Our Development team has confirmed that these records are delayed in syncing, but are still queued. The records will sync back to CRM, though they are taking longer than expected.

Feature: Email Statistics
Impact: Our Development and Operations teams have identified an issue with email statistics syncing back into some customer environments and are currently investigating the issue. This impacts email events and other statistics records syncing back to CRM, but does not impact the Email Statistics report or Email Statistics iframe view on Email Send records. Statistics can continued to be viewed normally with these two views. We will continue to update this announcement with any new details and resolution steps.
