Update: We've received confirmation from our email subprocessor that links are now working as expected. During the downtime, our subprocessor temporarily halted email send delivery to further help minimize reputation damage for our customers. At this time all email sends should be delivering normally and links should be working properly. We'll continue to monitor this over the coming hours.
Update: Our Development and Operations team has isolated the issue to one of our email subprocessors. We are continuing to investigate toward a resolution and will provide additional updates as soon as available. The announcement from the subprocessor is also available here:
Feature: Email Sends
Impact: Our Deliverability and Operations teams have identified an issue with links in email sends not redirecting to URLs correctly.
This impacts all email sends for customers on our US Data Center.
To help minimize damaging sender domain reputation, we recommend postponing email sends until this issue is resolved.
We will continue to update this announcement with any new details and resolution steps.
