Our Development team is investigating an issue with Campaign Automations where participants are delayed and not loading.

Current - This issue has been resolved by our team. If you feel that you are still seeing delays, please let us know through a new support ticket.
10/11/18 12:12 UTC - The AU data center update is on schedule to be deployed and we'll provide further updates on that as they become available. Right now, our team is actively monitoring for any new delays which may occur. So if you feel that you're seeing a delay, please let us know via a ticket.
Please keep in mind that Campaign Automations experiencing delays could see participants go down an incorrect path(s). This is due to how the triggers listen for the participant interactions; the delay could disrupt the normal flow of information to the Campaign Automation causing the trigger to miss the interaction and send the participant down the incorrect path.
10/5/18 19:33 UTC - The update for the EU data center has been deployed and our AU data center update is also on schedule to be deployed. Our team is actively monitoring for any new delays which may occur.
10/2/18 17:30 UTC - Scheduled maintenance for the EU data center has started with a targeted completion date of Sunday 10/7/2018. This maintenance will be targeting latency and continued overall improvements to the Campaign Automation platform.
Once the EU maintenance is completed, we will then schedule the required maintenance for our AU data center. No customer interruption or data loss is expected during this maintenance.
9/27/18 18:25 UTC - Our investigation has revealed that this issue needs to be addressed by a series of updates which we are in the process of implementing. A few of these changes have already been made and resulted in improved behavior.
These first changes were implemented in our US data center, and while we have seen improvement, errors have been logged due to system/network issues. However, we have revivers in place that will continue to move the message along so you'll only perceive a delay.
Overall our development team is continuing to finalize needed changes to fully restore Campaign Automations. As a result, our EU and AU data centers are scheduled to be updated in the coming week with continuing configuration in the weeks after.
Our development management and executive leadership are focused on a complete resolution to the issues with Campaign Automations. We will continue to update as needed in order to enhance efficiency and consistency as well as identify and resolve database issues faster should they occur.
