Status: Resolved - We are currently experiencing an issue where Email Sends in our US data center are delayed. We have seen Email Sends experience delays up to 4 hours in processing. Our Development Team is currently investigating the issue and we will provide updates here as available.
Please note that all delayed Email Sends will process and send. We do not recommend cloning Email Sends in an attempt to speed up processing as this will potentially result in duplicate sends.
Update: Our team has identified the issue and is currently working to add additional resources to address the delay. We will continue to monitor and will post updates here.
