Status: Resolved - At this time the issue with Service Credentials being cached and not recognizing a change to the new credentials have been resolved.
We identified an issue with the service that was responsible for checking for credential changes and updates. The issue required a fix to restore the connection not resetting when the credentials are updated by the client.
Reported - We are investigating reports of a behavior where after Service Credentials are updated via ClickDimensions Settings, the updated credentials do not propagate to all product areas.
Not all customers will be impacted by this issue, as the behavior only occurs after updating the Service Credentials used by ClickDimensions to connect to CRM. If customers do not update Service Credentials there should be no impact to their functionality.
Customers are able to open builders and editors without errors. When posted forms are syncing to CRM or attempts to send emails are made, error such as "Service Token could not be authenticated" may be logged in error trace.
Our Development team is current working to resolve this issue. Updates will be posted on this page as available.
