At this time we are aware of an issue impacting CRM Online Discovery Service.

Resolution: From Microsoft, "We confirmed that automated recovery procedures enacted before troubleshooting and the IIS were performed, and that the Discovery Service is functioning as normal. Memory logs were taken from the affected server prior to automated recovery procedures enacting, and we will review these logs to help prevent similar problems from happening in the future."
Update: Microsoft has alerted us to CR148791, "Users may experience slowness or intermittent timeouts when attempting to use Discovery Service". Microsoft is analyzing telemetry and performing IIS reset to the impacted services.
Impact: At this time we are aware of an issue impacting CRM Online Discovery Service. This is an issue with Microsoft's platform but it is also impacting ClickDimensions customers. The incident is impacting US based CRM Online customers. We have reported this service interruption to Microsoft and will update this announcement as soon as possible.
