Workaround
All delayed Email Sends will process and send. We do not recommend cloning Email Sends in an attempt to speed up processing as this will potentially result in duplicate sends.

11/16/18 14:15 UTC - We are currently investigating an issue where some EU Email Send delays are being delayed and may sit in a Pending status longer than expected. As our Development Team uncovers more about the issue, we will provide updates to this announcement.
