Please edit images prior to uploading them into the Image Manager. Most PCs will have the Windows Photos app as the default image editor, while Mac users should see the Photos or Preview apps as their default editor options.
Current - Our team has confirmed that the following editors are the only ones where the image editor is affected: New Drag & Drop, Drag & Drop, Freestyle (email and landing page), and Form/Survey/Subscription Pages. They also have a potential replacement that they are working on implementing as soon as possible.
Next Steps - Please continue to edit images prior to uploading. We will update this announcement as soon as the replacement image editor is usable.
1/17/19 20:58 UTC: The image editor included in our email and web content editors is not currently able to be used. Our dev team is actually in the process of replacing it; they will work on this as quickly as possible but we do ask for your patience as they determine the best replacement. In the meantime, we do ask that any image editing needing done be accomplished prior to your images being uploaded.
1/15/19 19:15 UTC: Our team is aware of and looking into the issue where the Image Editor in our email and web content editors is not able to be used. Images can continue to be uploaded but may not be edited directly within the editor. You may see a maintenance message or the editor window will not load.
