Please edit images prior to uploading them into the Image Manager. Most PCs will have the Windows Photos app as the default image editor, while Mac users should see the Photos or Preview apps as their default editor options.
Current - Our team has deployed the new image editor and it should be available to be used.
Next Steps - There are still a few minor improvements that our team is planning to roll out to the image editor as needed.
3/1/19 20:30 UTC: Our team has identified a replacement editor and is currently under testing. This will be deployed in the near future as a hotfix and will not require action from our Customers. We'll upadte this post when the editor has been deployed.
1/22/19 21:25 UTC: Our team has confirmed that the following editors are the only ones where the image editor is affected: New Drag & Drop, Drag & Drop, Freestyle (email and landing page), and Form/Survey/Subscription Pages. They also have a potential replacement that they are working on implementing as soon as possible.
1/17/19 20:58 UTC: The image editor included in our email and web content editors is not currently able to be used. Our dev team is actually in the process of replacing it; they will work on this as quickly as possible but we do ask for your patience as they determine the best replacement. In the meantime, we do ask that any image editing needing done be accomplished prior to your images being uploaded.
1/15/19 19:15 UTC: Our team is aware of and looking into the issue where the Image Editor in our email and web content editors is not able to be used. Images can continue to be uploaded but may not be edited directly within the editor. You may see a maintenance message or the editor window will not load.
