US Campaign Automation participants are stuck or delayed.

Current - This issue has been resolved and the issue closed. Please let us know via a support ticket if it reoccurs.
3/1/19 20:45 UTC - We are seeing improvements for our customers in the US Data center. If you experience delays with Campaign Automation progression please reach out to our Support team. We'll continue to monitor this behavior over the coming weeks.
2/12/19 14:46 UTC - Our team is preparing to deploy a fix which should fully resolve the issue. We are not currently seeing the issue occur though so your Campaign Automations should be processing as expected.
2/8/19 14:55 UTC - The fix we released on 2/7/19 was reversed as we continued to see delays. Instead our team made a different change to address the delays and is currently monitoring that for improved performance.
2/7/19 13:56 UTC - Our team deployed a fix today that should be allowing for participants to now progress through the Campaign Automation. We'll continue to monitor this to ensure that the issue is fully resolved.
2/6/19 19:43 UTC - Our team is investigating a current issue where Campaign Automation participants are either not progressing past the entry point or are otherwise delayed during progression. We will continue investigating to determine the root cause and work toward a resolution. Any updates we have, will be posted here.
