Our Development team is investigating an issue with multiple ClickDimensions services where builders and editors are displaying a 503 'Service Unavailable' error.

Current - This issue has been resolved.
Next Steps - ClickDimensions is working with Microsoft to complete the investigation as there was an element on their side needing to be checked before considering this issue resolved.
2/4/19 21:45 UTC - The intermittent issue seems to have resolved itself but we are continuing to investigate to ensure a final resolution.
2/4/19 18:10 UTC - We are seeing improvement with the intermittent issues surrounding embedded web content, email editors, and web tracking. You can use ClickDimensions as usual, but please let our support team know if you are still seeing these intermittent issues occur. We will continue to update this announcement with more information.
2/4/19 14:43 UTC - We are investigating an issue primarily with Web Content—when accessing the Embed as Link option in a web content designer window a 503 error occurs, and Web Content embedded using the iframe or widget will not display when placed on a webpage. Related items are web tracking (such as Page Views) records which may not be created during this time and Email editors which may not load.
