Current - At this time, we consider the issue resolved for our customers. All features are currently mitigated. We do apologize for any disruption you may have experienced. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Support if you believe you are still experiencing issues.
Now that we are resolved, we are investigating the root cause with Microsoft.

5/24/19 17:29 UTC - Our development team has mitigated the issue with Campaign Automations and we are now seeing successful progression of participants. If you find you are encountering issues, please reach out to Support and we will investigate further. Please note, the system is working through the backlog and we hope to be caught to speed as soon as possible.
5/24/19 14:57 UTC - Our development team is currently working in parallel to mitigate the issue via an alternative solution, due to the delay in the Microsoft resolution.
5/23/19 13:11 UTC - Our development team has identified the issue within one of our services on Azure and has been working with Microsoft to mitigate the incident. The investigation with Microsoft has been raised to the highest severity (Sev A). Our Development Teams have been fully engaged to provide mitigation.
5/22/19 18:24 UTC - Our team has made an update and is seeing the issue improve. The delay should have only impacted these features for less than an hour, but if you or your end-users noticed any forms not submitting (the confirmation page not loading) during that window please have those users resubmit the form.
5/22/19 17:44 UTC - We are investigating an issue with the app.clickdimensions.com server. It is currently affecting Campaign Automation processing, Page Views and Web Data syncing, Lead scoring, Import tool, and Subscription Management functionality.
As our team investigates and works to resolve this issue, some changes they make on our server may delays across the affected features. We appreciate your patience and understanding as they do so.
