Our Development team has restored functionality and Campaign Automations are loading as expected. Participants added during the investigation will be retroactively triggered.
6/17/19 16:40 UTC - We are investigating an intermittent issue with US Campaign Automation builders being inaccessible. Customers will see this reproduce as the following error when attempting to open Campaign Automation builders: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. Our Development team has identified the Microsoft cloud service causing the issue and have engaged Microsoft resources to expedite mitigation. Participants progression and participant addition may be intermittently delayed at this time.
We will continue to monitor and investigate for a root cause.
