To set up a Shopify Connector, navigate to to Settings and Support > ClickDimensions Settings and select Commerce Connectors:
This will open the Commerce Connectors window. In this window, click the "Add new" button:
This will open the Add Connector screen. Click the Shopify section's Connect button:
This will open a window where you must provide your Shopify Account's information:
This window is organized into three sections: General Settings, Shopify Account, and Mappings.
General Settings
In the General Settings area you must provide:
Connector Name: A name for your Shopify connector.
Reminder Email Address: The email address where Click will send a notification email when the Shopify connector's authorization is about to expire.
Time Range: Specify the time range for which you want to sync Shopify data. For example, if you select "90 days" in this field, the Shopify connector will sync data for the current day plus the previous 90 days.
Default Action (for Automatic Content Creation): Choose whether you want the Shopify Connector to create new Leads or Contacts for new Shopify events, when no matching Lead or Contact exists in your environment. If "No Action" is selected, the Shopify Connector will not automatically create any new Leads or Contacts.
Shopify Account
In the Shopify Account area you must provide:
API Access Token: The private API access token generated by your Shopify Admin. This token is required to authenticate and securely connect to your store. It can be found in Shopify under Apps > Develop apps > [Your App] > API Credentials.
Shop Name: Enter your shop URL (https://myShopName.myshopify.com) or just the shop name from the URL.
Mappings
In the Mappings area you can see which Shopify entities correspond with which Click entities, and can choose whether to sync Shopify email subscribers to your Dynamics environment.
Shopify Customer: Shopify Customers are synced to Dynamics as Customers.
Shopify Product: Shopify Products are synced to Dynamics as Products.
Shopify Order: Shopify Orders are synced to Dynamics as Orders.
Abandoned Cart: Shopify Abandoned Carts are synced to Dynamics as Abandoned Carts.
Sync your Shopify email subscribers to Click: Toggle whether to sync Shopify email subscribes to your Dynamics environment.
When you have filled out all of the information in the Shopify Connector setup window, click the Add button at the bottom of the Shopify Connector settings window to add your Connector.
