New Lead Scoring Feature!
|
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement across the platform, ClickDimensions is pleased to announce the lead scoring feature is being re-engineered over the next few quarters. In this initial release, we have added the ability to configure Scoring Models for your leads, contacts or both entities. We increased the menu of Scoring options and improved related reporting for better visibility and actionable insights. In addition, you can now define next steps once the target score has been reached in a Campaign Automation workflow. For more detailed information and to enable lead scoring, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. |

Social Platform
|
We added a new Social Platform Icon that will redirect any CRM user to the Social Platform login page. Only users of the Social Platform will be able to login. Any CRM user can view the social post record and the actual post as an iFrame on the form. We have removed the ability to manually create Social Posts from CRM (New Social Post icon was removed). Only the account owner would have the option to create Social posts from the Social Platform. All core MA customers will get access to the ClickDimensions Social Platform. When a new social account is created, we will assign a Basic license type. This license will provide direct access for the account owner to all social publishing features in the Social Platform. The social account owner can login, create and publish posts, view campaign analytics and reports. All CRM users will have the ability to view all social posts and clicks in CRM. |

Storing Anonymous Visitors and Anonymous Page Views outside Dynamics |
ClickDimensions started storing Anonymous Page Views, Anonymous Visitors, and Anonymous IP Organizations outside of CRM. We do sync them back to CRM only when a visitor is identified as a lead or contact, and we associate them accordingly. This reduces the number of API calls and saves storage space for ClickDimensions' users. This new functionality was rolled out gradually and will be complete by April 4th.
