The Autoposter feature enables you to schedule multiple posts across multiple social profiles at the same time. This article will cover the basics of accessing and using the Autoposter function.
Accessing the Autoposter
To access the Message Generator, navigate to Publishing > Campaigns and then select the Messages tab.
First, you will need to select the social profiles that you would like to post to. You can select multiple profiles from the same social network to have those profiles post the same messages. Once you have selected your profiles, you can click Next to continue.
Next, you will have to select which messages you would like to send. Each message will be sent once per profile from the corresponding social network and will not send to profiles for other social networks. For example, if we had selected 2 Facebook profiles and 1 Instagram profile with 1 Facebook message and 1 Instagram message, then the Facebook message would be posted once to each Facebook profile the Instagram message will only post to the Instagram profile. After selecting your messages, you can click Next to continue.
Finally, you will need to select how your posts will be scheduled. If you select Queue Settings, then the posts will send according to the queue schedule that is setup for each social profile. If you select Time Range, then you will need to set the dates, times, and days that the posts should be made. Once you have finished your schedule settings, you can click Generate Schedule to automatically schedule the social posts.
This will redirect you to the campaign calendar where you can decide what to do with the generated messages. Choosing Accept will save the posts as scheduled. Save Draft will allow you to save a draft that will need to be scheduled to send. Send to Approval will add the posts to the approval queue where the post will need to be approved to be sent. Finally, Discard will cancel the creation of your generated messages.
