Our Activity History features provides you with a view of all activity, both marketing and sales activities within a specific timeframe. This enables the sales rep to determine what content the individual contact is engaged with and may help frame their personalized outreach.
The Activity History information is available on lead, contact, account and opportunity record. On account and opportunity record, you will be able to view activity of all contacts associated to the account or opportunity.
