When I import marketing lists there are emails that are being 'excluded'. The reason showing as 'unsubscribed'. These are contacts that have express consent and have not unsubscribed (they're new contacts).
The only work around I have found is to manually edit each individual contact and select Express Consent to allow bulk emails.
This solution won't work for large lists. Why wouldn't they automatically be imported with consent allowed and how can import them so that this is automatically selected?
