Importing Marketing Lists - Not Auto Adding People to Express Consent

    Hi Alisa,

    Are you using the ClickDimensions import tool? The default setting with ClickDimensions is to have all Contact Preferences set to "allow." Additionally, we don't have an out-of-the-box field called "Express Consent." It sounds like there are some customizations with your environment that are causing this to happen, as it's not native behavior. Do you have an CRM partner or admin you can work with on this?
