SMTP error 4.4.1 - Does CD resend the email?

    Hello, Teppo.

    Once you see a soft or hard bounce recorded to your CRM, it means we have already tried multiple times to send to that recipient and we will not try again. In that case, if you have confirmed that whatever issue that prevented delivery has been resolved, you can clone your Email Send and try sending it again to that Contact/Lead.
